Used for separating ferrous metal (magnetic material) in processing goods transferred to conveyor belts. The separator is suspended over a conveyor and various models and options are available depending on field conditions.

MATICS’ suspended electromagnetic separators are manufactured based on optimized magnet design by using electromagnetic analysis software according to conditions (the speed of a conveyor, width, the height and load of processing goods) of installation locations.

The electromagnet type is capable of high absorption power compared to a permanent electromagnet type, and thus can remove various magnetic materials.
