Waste Screens

We offer different techniques and waste screening systems to separate materials by size, types, specific application, and the desired output. Screens can be used before or after shredding and after air separation of waste in various applications. We offer two types of waste screening machines: trommel screen and disk screen. A disc screen machine consists of rotating discs for separating waste materials according to size and weight while the wastes move on the rotation discs.

Trommel screen, also known as rotary screen or drum screen, consists of a cylindrical drum that is normally elevated at an angle. As the drum rotates, materials are fed into the drum at the feed end separating small materials from the oversized material. The trommels carry out the classification through a filtering surface that allows screening wastes according to required dimensions. The efficiency of this sorting process is key in a mechanical treatment process.
